Future Enterprises allots NCDs aggregating Rs 54 crore

On private placement basis

Future Enterprises announced that the Committee of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 26 March 2018 has allotted 140, 9.40% secured redeemable non convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each and 400, 9.50% secured redeemable non convertible debentures of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 54 crore on private placement basis.
