Future Retail announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circular resolution dated 13 August 2014, have made allotment of 51,176 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to eligible employee(s) upon exercise of stock option under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS - 2012).Upon allotment, the equity capital of the Company stand increased from Rs. 46,36,00,370/- divided into 21,58,71,033 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each and 1,59,29,152 Class B Shares (Series 1) of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 46,37,02,722/- divided into 21,59,22,209 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- and 1,59,29,152 Class B Shares (Series 1) of Rs. 2/- each.
