GP Petroleums announces change in directorate

With effect from 13 August 2019

GP Petroleums announced that Narotamkumar Girdharilal Puri (DIN: 06948464), will cease to be Director of the Company with effect from 13 August 2019. Stuti Narain Kacker (DIN: 07061299) has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non- Executive Independent) for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 05 August 2019 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
