India on the Board of Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation; Haigreve Khaitan (DIN: 00005290) as an Independent Director
of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from 8 August,
2019 to 7 August, 2024 and Shikha Sharma (DIN: 00043265) as an Independent Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from 8 August, 2019 to 7 August, 2024.
The company announced that Ravi Kulkarni and Anupam Puri would
cease to hold office as Independent Directors of the Company from 8 August 2019, upon completion of their tenure.
