Graphite India temporarily shuts down operations of IGE division in Ambad

Due to Covid-19 situation

Graphite India announced that the company has decided to keep operations in the IGE division in Ambad, Nashik shut from 12 am on 12 May 2021 till midnight of 23 May 2021 pursuant to order dated 10 May 2021 from District Disaster Management, Collector Office, Nasik directing certain measures to prevent the spread of the corona virus and to break the chain of persons being affected. The Company does not expect any material impact on account of this temporary shutdown in the IGE division.
