Haricharan Projects provides update on board meeting

In continuation to the outcome of the Board meeting held on 09 March 2016, Haricharan Projects announced that the board has also approved the following:1. Approved the proposal to dispose of the investments made in the subsidiary companies; as a result the mentioned companies cease to be the subsidiaries of the Company.

2. Accepted the resignation of Virendra Kanshiram Goyal and Sangita Suresh Chaudhari, from the post of Directorship of the Company.
