Seshasayee Paper & Boards announced that Hans Raj Verma, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government, Environment and Forests Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, was appointed as its Nominee Director on 25 July 2014, liable to retire by rotation, on the Board of the Company.
