HCL Technologies allots equity shares

HCL Technologies announced that the Employees Stock Option Allotment Committee of the Company has on 28 November 2014 allotted 1,70,660 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each, under the 2004 Stock Option Plan of the Company.
