Honeywell Automation India announces change in directorate

Honeywell Automation India has appointed Davies Walker (DIN 08737978), as an Additional Director of the Company with effect from 13 May 2020. The company also took note of the resignation of Nisha Gupta (DIN 02331771) as a Director (Non-Executive Director) with effect from close of business on 12 May 2020 due to other professional commitments.
