Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on 21 August 2014 allotted 6,10,195 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 313,59,82,600 consisting of 156,79,91,300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
