Genus Power Infrastructures allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Genus Power Infrastructures announced that consequent to exercise of Stock Options granted under the Employees Stock Option Scheme-2012 ("ESOS-2012") of the Company, the Company on 21 August 2014 has allotted total 13700 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each consisting of 12668 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 7/- per equity share and 1032 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 6/- per equity share.
