Housing Development Finance Corporation allots equity shares

Under stock options

Housing Development Finance Corporation announced that the Corporation on December 12, 2014 allotted 2,24,455 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 314,35,26,330 consisting of 157,17,63,165 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
