Edelweiss Financial Services announced that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 12 December 2014 has allotted 3,99,150 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each under Edelweiss Employee Stock Option Scheme(s) of the Company.
