IDBI Bank allots equity shares

As part of the ongoing acquisition of 51% controlling stake by LIC in IDBI Bank, the bank on 28 December 2018 has allotted 2387617322 equity shares to Life Insurance Corporation of India at a price of Rs. 60.73 per share (inclusive of premium amount of Rs 50.73 per share) aggregating to Rs. 14500 Crore (Tranche 1) through Preferential Issue on 28 December 2018.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
