India Radiators announced that the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee is considered by the Board of Directors in the adjourned Board meeting held on 14 November 2014, has appointed K. Nadanasundaram, as the Whole-time director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders.
