To transfer machinery from Hubli plant to Khopoli plant

Infra Industries announced that the Company has decided to transfer all the machineries of the Company's Hubli plant to its Khopoli plant in order to save the cost of manufacturing. This decision is being taken as Hubli plant is taken on rent while Khopoli plant is owned by the Company.
