Two equity shares of Rs 5 each consolidated into 1 equity share of Rs 10
Infronics Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 August 2015, has accorded to consolidate two Equity Shares of the Company having Face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five only) into 1 (One) Equity Share of Face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each fully paid-up and consequently, the Authorized Share Capital of the Company comprising of 2,20,00,000 (Two Crore Twenty Lakhs) equity shares of Rs. 5 each shall be consolidated to 1,10,00,000 (One Crore Ten Lakhs) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Ten) amounting to Rs. 11,00,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crores only) with effect from the "Record Date" to be determined by the Board for this purpose.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
