Superb Papers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 October 2015, have taken on record and approved the following business:

1. The board has approved the shifting of Registered Office from Surat (Block No 224-225 AT & Post Village Tarsadi, Tal Mahuva, Surat- 394 356) to Rajkot (Office No.15, 1st Floor, Sadguru Sanidhya Aprt., Satyasai Road, off. Nana Mava Road, Rajkot - 360 005) subject to the approval of shareholders.

2. The board has approved the Postal Ballot and E-voting notice to be sent to all the shareholders for their approvals.

3. The board has appointed M/s. Bhuwnesh Bansal & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary firm as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot & E-voting process.

4. Cut-off date of Shareholders for dispatch of Postal Ballot and E-voting notice is 09 October 2015.
