Jackson Investments will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 21 October 2015, for approval of Sub-division in face value of Equity Shares, to alter Memorandum & Articles of Association to give effect of sub-division in face value of Equity Shares, if the same is being approved by Board.
