JK Paper updates on scheme of arrangement

Scheme becomes effective on 01 April 2015

JK Paper announced that the Scheme of Arrangement between JK Enviro-tech and JK Paper and their respective Shareholders and Creditors (the Scheme) became effective w.e.f. 10 April 2015 (Effective Date) consequent upon the filing of the Certified Copies of the Order of Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) on 10 April 2015 and became operative w.e.f. the Appointed Date i.e., 01 April 2013 as per the Scheme.
