Board of Shentracon Chemicals announces change in directorate

At meeting held on 30 March 2015

Shentracon Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2015, accepted the resignation tendered by Govind Sureka, Director with effect from 27 March 2015.

Further the Company has informed that, Garima Sureka has been appointed as an additional director of the Company w.e.f. 30 March 2015.
