JM Financial allots equity shares

Under ESOS

JM Financial announced that pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board has at its meeting held on 04 September 2014 allotted 2,58,195 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.
