JM Financial allots equity shares

Under ESOS

JM Financial announced that pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme, the Allotment Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on 23 September 2016, has allotted 6,25,241 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each.

Subsequent to the allotment of equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 79,17,34,598/- representing 79,17,34,598 equity shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each.
