Associated Stone Industries (Kotah) announced that Record Date for the purpose of issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 1 (One) fully paid up equity share of face value of Re. 1 /- each for every 4 (Four) fully paid up equity shares held of face value of Re. 1/- each, is fixed as 30 September 2016.
