Jyoti Structures allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Jyoti Structures announced that Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors by Circulatory Resolution dated 10 November 2014 has allotted 27,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each arising out of Stock Options granted to the employees of the Company under Employees Stock Option Scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 27,750 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 21,14,07,380 divided into 10,57,03,690 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
