Matrimony.com grants 15300 stock options under ESOS

Matrimony.com has granted 15300 stock options under "Matrimony.com Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 ("ESOS 2014")" to the employees of the Company at market price of Rs. 844.45 per share. The said options carry the right to apply for equivalent number of equity shares of the Company of face value of Rs.5/-each.
