Mold-Tek Packaging allots 6,060 equity shares on conversion of warrants

Mold-Tek Packaging has allotted 6,060 fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company of Face value of Rs. 51- each upon conversion of detachable warrants @ Price of Rs. 184/- per detachable warrant (comprising of Face value of Rs. 5 along with the premium of Rs. 179/- per Equity Share, being the full amount paid on detachable warrants on voluntarily basis).
