Muthoot Finance update on Global Medium Term Note Programme

Muthoot Finance announced that the Finance Committee of Board of Directors of the company will meet on or after 21 October 2019 to consider and approve the pricing, terms and conditions, issuance and allotment of Notes proposed to be issued under the Global Medium Term Note Programme.
