Under scheme of demerger
UltraTech Cement announced that pursuant to scheme of demerger amongst Century Textiles and Industries (Century) and UltraTech Cement, the company has allotted 1,39,61,960 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the shareholders of Century in the ratio of 1 (one) equity share of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for every 8 (eight) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each held in Century as on the Record Date i.e. 14 October, 2019.On allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 28,86,13,666 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 2,88,61,36,660.
