OnMobile Global executes SPA for divestment of Voxmobili SA

OnMobile Global had announced on 09 April 2014 regarding the non-binding MoU executed for the potential divestment of its group Company, Voxmobili SA, which specialises in mobile telecommunication products.

The Company has now announced that it has executed a binding share purchase agreement (SPA) with Synchronoss Technologies Inc., a Company headquartered in New Jersey, for divestment of Voxmobili SA.

Upon consummation of the deal, the Company will realise a amount of USD 26 million.
