Eveready Industries India announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 05 May 2014, Amritanshu Khaitan, was appointed as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 05 May 2014, subject to approval of the members at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company and/or Central Government, as may be required.
