Opto Circuits (India) to hold board meeting

Opto Circuits (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 October 2014, to consider increasing the Foreign Institutional Investors' (FIIs) limit of existing 49% to 60% in the Company's paid up capital subject to the approval of Shareholders.
