Span Diagnostics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 10 February 2015, inter alia:- The Board reviewed the progress of implementation of the Business Transfer Agreement with Arkray Healthcare. It is expected that the process of slump sale will be completed during F.Y 2014 - 15.
