At meeting held on 10 February 2015
TGB Banquets & Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 February 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:- Mahendra Kumar Bhandari has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. He is appointed as Non-executive Independent Director in terms of Clause 49 of Listing Agreement and Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013.
