Vora Constructions announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 March 2015, has approved the following:1. To appoint Madhuri Bohra as Non-executive woman Director on the Board of the Company.
2. The Company Secretary of the Company will be appointed after receipt of applications and selection of suitable candidate.
3. The Chief Financial Officer of the Company will be appointed after receipt of applications and selection of suitable candidate.
4. To surrender the NBFC Registration to the RBI w.e.f. 01 April 2015.
5. As stated earlier the Company has started trading in Construction material.
