Piramal Enterprises allots NCDs

Aggregating Rs 105 cr

Piramal Enterprises announced that at the Meeting of Administrative Committee held on 23 June 2016, the Committee approved the allotment of 1,050 Secured Redeemable NCD's, having the Face Value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rs. Ten Lakh only) each, aggregating to Rs.105 crores.
