Planters Polysack announced that Order was passed by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay on 09 January 2015 vide CSP no. 808 of 2014 was received by the Company on January 28, 2015 in the matter of Reduction of the Share Capital of the Company under Sections 100 to 104 of the Companies Act, 1956.
