Relaxo Footwears allots 1.95 equity shares under ESOP

Relaxo Footwears has allotted 1,95,665 equity shares of face value of 1 each to eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their ESOP options. With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs 24,84,42,101 divided into 24,84,42,101 equity shares of Rs 1 each.
