Rico Auto Industries acquires additional stake in subsidiary - Rico Investments

Rico Auto Industries has purchased 15,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/ each of its subsidiary Company namely Rico Investments (RIL) from its existing shareholder. After this purchase the total shareholding of the Company in RIL has increased from 97.73% to 98.99% in the total Paid-up Equity Share Capital of RIL.
