Rushil Decor has executed Sale Deed in respect of sale of its 18 acres of land, Building & Structure thereon, Plant & Machinery fixed thereon etc. all lying at Navalgadh Particle Board Manufacturing Plant, Village Navalgadh, Taluka Dhrangadhra, Dist. Surendranagar in favour of Salasar Agropanel for total consideration of Rs. 13.37 crore.
