Sadbhav Engineering to acquire stake from JV Partner in two SPVs
Hyderabad-Yadgiri Tollway & Mysore-Bellary Highway
Sadbhav Engineering (SEL) announced that the Company has signed definitive agreement for acquisition of the stake from the joint venture partner by SEL and/or its subsidiaries in the following SPVs-Hyderabad-Yadgiri Tollway (HYTPL) and Mysore-Bellary Highway (MBHPL)
Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, SEL and/or its subsidiaries will hold 100% of the share capital in HYTPL and 74% of the share capital in MBHPL.
