Board of Techno Electric & Engineering Company declares interim dividend

Techno Electric & Engineering Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 September 2014, inter alia, have

- Approved payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2014-15 @ Rs. 2.50/- (Rupees Two and Fifty paisa) per Equity share of face value of Rs. 2/-. The payment of Interim dividend shall be done on and from 19 September 2014.
