SREI Infrastructure Finance announces change in RTA
With effect from 01 April 2015
SREI Infrastructure Finance announced that the Company has decided to change its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent for equity shares from Maheshwari Datamatics to Karvy Computershare.This change shall be effective from 01 April 2015.
