Stewarts & Lloyds of India announced that the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has intimated vide it's letter dated 24 February 2015 that the Company has been registered in the Board as case no. 31/2015.The Company has been referred to the BIFR due to the negative net worth in the Audited Balance Sheet for the year ended 30 March 2014.
