At board meeting held on 03 October 2015
Swelect Energy Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 October 2015, have made the following decisions and passed the resolutions accordingly;1. A. Balan has been appointed as an additional Director of the Company with effect from 03 October 2015. He was also appointed as Joint Managing Director of the Company for the period of 5 years from 03 October 2015 to 02 October 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General meeting.
2. G. S. Samuel has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company and hold the office in the capacity of Independent Director of the Company with effect from 03 October 2015.
3. Vasantha Balan Non executive Director of the Company resigned from the Board on 03 October 2015.
