At meeting held on 03 October 2015
Coastal Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 October 2015 has considered the following:- The Board approved the allotment of 12,71,100 Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 1 (one) Equity Share for every 1 (one) existing Equity Share held on the Book Closure date fixed by the Company i.e., October 01, 2015.
Consequent to the said allotment of the Bonus Shares, the Paid up capital of the Company will stand increased. The details of the Paid-Up Capital are as under:
- Pre-Bonus Issue Paid-Up Capital: Rs. 1,27,11,000/-
- Post-Bonus Issue Paid-Up Capital: Rs. 2,54,22,000/-.
