Symphony advanced 4.21% to Rs 1,472.80 at 14:04 IST on BSE after net profit rose 19.16% to Rs 50.67 crore on 21.88% growth in total revenue to Rs 194.68 crore in Q2 September 2017 over Q2 September 2016.
The result was announced during market hours today, 31 October 2017.Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was down 36.55 points or 0.11% at 33,229.61.
On the BSE, 26,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1,179 shares in the past two weeks. The stock had hit a high of Rs 1,544.40 and a low of Rs 1,399 so far during the day.
Symphony is engaged in manufacturing and trading of residential, commercial and industrial air coolers, both in the domestic and international markets.
