Tasty Bite Eatables announced that Sohel Shikari has been appointed as Alternate Director to Meera Vasudevan pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Articles of Association of the Company vide circular resolution passed on 08 October 2015 w.e.f. from same day.
