Thomas Cook (India) announced regarding the Proposed Scheme of Amalgamation (Scheme) between IKYA Human Capital Solutions (IKYA), Magna Infotech (Magna), Avon Facility Management Services (Avon) and Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services (Hofincons). The Company has been informed by IKYA, a subsidiary of Thomas Cook (India), that with reference to the above subject, the boards of IKYA, Magna, Avon and Hofincons have considered and approved the Scheme to merge Magna, Avon and Hofincons (collectively know as "Transferor Companies") into IKYA.The Transferor Companies are wholly owned subsidiary companies of IKYA. IKYA would like to integrate and consolidate its subsidiaries, to streamline its business in India.
