Transpek Industry announced about the sad demise after brief illness on 13 February 2015 of S. K. Solanki, who was Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company.

Alak D. Vyas will, until the appointment of a Company Secretary be an acting Compliance Officer of the Company.
